Before your appointment

• Please come to the salon with clean, dry hair and wear your hair down

• Do not wear a hoodie to your appointment, because they get in the way during the haircut appointment. Also, don’t wear your favorite shirt because sometimes during the color services accidents can happen

• And please dress comfy! The appointments are long and I want you to feel as comfortable as possible

• If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to cancel your appointment and reschedule (your deposit will not transfer to the next appointment if this happens)

• please give 48+ hour notice before canceling or rescheduling, if less than 48 hours notice 50% of the appointment cost must be paid

• If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment you will need to pay for the full cost of your missed appointment before you’re allowed to book again

During your appointment

• Please wear your mask at all times

• It is a studio salon, so I ask that you don’t bring guests because there is literally nowhere for them to sit

• Feel free to ask for a break if you need to use the bathroom or get up and stretch your legs

• If you’d like to listen to your favorite artist or playlist, so do I! I want you to be as relaxed and comfortable as possible, so please feel free to request your favs

• Lastly I know sometimes you may need to take meetings, do school work, or even just want to sit in silence. I am more than happy to accommodate any of your needs so don’t hesitate to ask
